HR Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet the hiring needs of the company.

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidate fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
