Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist) to join our team at Workfreaks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening profiles for various job openings across different industries and verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), references, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and offer roll-outs.

• Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports in an organized manner.

• Work closely with the internal HR team to understand hiring needs and deliver quality profiles in a timely manner.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in sourcing or recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media sourcing strategies.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for people and hiring.
