Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and post job openings on various platforms.

• Sourcing & Screening: Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

• Candidate Engagement: Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

• Offer & Onboarding: Assist in salary negotiations, prepare offer letters, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.

• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.

• Compliance & Policies: Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and labor laws.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

• Strong knowledge of hiring trends, job portals, and social media recruiting.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bulk hiring for sales

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
