Job Summary: The Admin cum HR Officer will manage and oversee a variety of administrative and human resources functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the company. This role is responsible for coordinating office management tasks, supporting HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain company records, reports, and documentation.
Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Event Coordination: Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
Reception Duties: Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and manage the reception area.
HR Duties:
Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and completion of necessary paperwork.
Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and support the resolution of workplace issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in administrative and HR roles.
Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
