- Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
- Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement
••Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Executive••
1. ••Recruitment & Onboarding•• – Managing end-to-end hiring, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
2. ••Employee Relations•• – Addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment, and handling grievances.
3. ••Payroll & Compliance•• – Assisting in payroll processing, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring labor law compliance.
4. ••Training & Development•• – Coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives.
5. ••Performance Management•• – Supporting performance appraisals and feedback processes.
6. ••HR Policies & Documentation•• – Implementing company policies, maintaining employee records, and handling documentation.
7. ••Employee Engagement•• – Organizing team-building activities and promoting a positive work culture.
8. ••Exit Formalities•• – Managing resignations, conducting exit interviews, and completing F&F settlements.
