Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and talent acquisition strategies to help build a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring).
Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Foster a positive workplace culture and support conflict resolution.
3. Payroll & Compliance
Oversee attendance, leaves, and payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.
Maintain employee records and HR databases securely.
4. Performance Management & Training
Assist in performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
Identify training needs and arrange skill development programs.
Support leadership in HR policy updates and process improvements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years in HR operations, recruitment, or payroll.
Strong knowledge of HR software
Understanding of labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
