Job Title: HR Admin (Real Estate)
Location: E 155 sector 63 Noida
Reports To: Managing Director
Prior Experience should be in Real Estate company prefer.
Job Summary:
The HR Admin in the real estate sector is responsible for managing the administrative duties of the Human Resources department. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, coordinating training programs, managing employee benefits, and supporting HR policies and procedures. The role ensures that the HR department operates efficiently and aligns with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate selection.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring that all information is accurate and compliant with legal and company standards.
Handle confidential employee information in a professional and secure manner.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.) and assist employees with benefit-related queries.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.
Training and Development:
Coordinate employee training programs and development sessions.
Track employee progress and help ensure compliance with training requirements.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the real estate industry.
Prepare reports for management regarding HR metrics (turnover rates, training attendance, etc.)
HR Policy & Procedure Administration:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Monitor adherence to company policies, including attendance, leave management, and workplace behavior.
Other Administrative Support:
Handle general HR administrative tasks such as managing HR software, preparing HR-related documents, and scheduling meetings.
Support other HR functions as needed.
Key Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Prior experience (2+ years) in HR administration, ideally within the real estate or related industries.
· Knowledge of labor laws, employee benefits, and HR best practices.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
