Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Associate HRBP to support our HR initiatives and drive employee engagement across the organization. This role will work closely with business units to implement HR strategies, address workforce needs, and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Build strong relationships with employees and address their queries and concerns effectively.
Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing engagement activities and initiatives.
HR Strategy Implementation:
Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
Support the HRBP in driving organizational change and development programs.
Talent Management:
Assist in identifying high-potential talent and support development plans.
Provide inputs for succession planning and career pathing.
Performance Management:
Facilitate performance appraisal cycles, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Address performance-related issues and ensure appropriate action plans are in place.
Policy Implementation:
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Communicate HR policies effectively and address any queries.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding processes.
Work with managers to forecast and plan workforce requirements.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR dashboards.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
Conflict Resolution:
Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts, ensuring a fair resolution.
Learning & Development:
Support the execution of training programs and workshops.
Identify learning needs and coordinate development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
0-4 years of experience in HR or a similar role, with exposure to business partnering.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employment laws.
Proficiency in HR tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, MS Office).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
