We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR functions with a key focus on attendance tracking, salary sheet preparation, payroll processing, and performance monitoring. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance Management:
Monitor and maintain accurate daily attendance records.
Process leaves applications and update leave balances.
Generate monthly attendance summaries for payroll input.
Payroll & Salary Sheet Preparation:
Prepare monthly salary sheets and assist in payroll processing.
Ensure accurate computation of salary components including deductions, overtime, and incentives.
Liaise with accounts for timely salary disbursement.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and document employee work performance.
Support in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Coordinate with team leads to address performance issues or training needs. General HR Operations:
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
Ensure HR processes are in compliance with company policy and applicable labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or attendance management preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with HR tools/software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
