Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR functions with a key focus on attendance tracking, salary sheet preparation, payroll processing, and performance monitoring. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Attendance Management:

 Monitor and maintain accurate daily attendance records.

 Process leaves applications and update leave balances.

 Generate monthly attendance summaries for payroll input.

Payroll & Salary Sheet Preparation:

 Prepare monthly salary sheets and assist in payroll processing.

 Ensure accurate computation of salary components including deductions, overtime, and incentives.

 Liaise with accounts for timely salary disbursement.

Performance Monitoring:

 Track and document employee work performance.

 Support in implementing performance appraisal systems.

 Coordinate with team leads to address performance issues or training needs. General HR Operations:

 Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

 Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.

 Ensure HR processes are in compliance with company policy and applicable labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or attendance management preferred.

 Strong knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with HR tools/software.

 Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Convenient office location near Noida Sector 16 Metro Station.
