  • He must be able to oversee day-to-day operations, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. These ensure that your office environment is organized and efficient.

  • He have to often handle sensitive information and maintain databases and records. Data accuracy, security and confidentiality are expected of them.

  • He has to manage vendor management, track expenses, and process invoices by collaborating with the finance department.

  • These professionals may also help onboarding, and offboarding process.

  • He act as liaisons for internal and external stakeholders. But mostly he have to facilitate communication among team members, departments, customers and suppliers. He can even assist teams and team leaders in preparing reports, presentations and other communications.
