BTL & Branch Activation – Hiring for Field Sales Staff

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing, branch activation, and recruitment of Field Sales staff across Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the sales team, driving lead generation, and enhancing brand presence through on-ground marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hiring & Talent Acquisition (Field Sales Staff)
Identify, recruit, and onboard field sales executives and branch activation personnel.
Conduct local hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and referral programs to build a strong sales team.
Collaborate with regional branch managers to fulfill hiring targets.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies such as local outreach, partnerships with training institutes, and social media hiring.
Ensure seamless onboarding and training of new hires for quick productivity.
2. BTL Marketing & Branch Activation
Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, including roadshows, kiosk setups, society activations, and partnership-driven promotions.
Organize branch-level activations and customer engagement events to boost business and brand awareness.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure high footfall and lead generation from activation efforts.
Manage relationships with local vendors, agencies, and hiring partners to support activations and hiring needs.
Conduct market intelligence to identify high-potential areas for sales recruitment and activations.
3. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain records of hiring metrics, activation success, and business impact.
Track the performance of recruited field sales staff and assist in performance improvement.
Provide weekly reports to leadership on hiring and activation outcomes.
Key Requirements:
0-1 years of experience in BTL marketing, field sales recruitment, or branch activation (preferably in BFSI, Insurance, NBFC, or Telecom sector).
Strong networking and talent acquisition skills to recruit and engage field sales staff effectively.
Ability to relocate anywhere in UP and travel extensively as per business needs.
Experience in executing hiring campaigns and recruitment drives.
Hands-on experience in on-ground activations, customer interactions, and promotional events.
Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset with a passion for hiring and marketing.
