Payroll Executive

We are looking for an HR Associate to join our team in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai! If you have 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Engagement, Compliance, and HR Operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle the complete employee lifecycle.
✅ Collect and verify attendance data, assist in processing payroll, maintain leave records, ensure compliance with labor laws.
✅ Address employee queries related to policies and assist in grievance resolution.
✅ Prepare HR related MIS records, assist in HR audits and manage employee documentation.
✅ Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:
🔹 1-2 years of HR experience (Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance)
🔹 Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
🔹 Proficiency in HR software & MS Office
🔹 Strong communication & organizational skills
