Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Identifying: Locating and connecting with qualified IT consultants who are available for work.
Sales and Marketing: Proactively promoting consultants' resumes to potential employers and representing their value.
Negotiation: Handling contract negotiations on behalf of the consultants.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Requirement Gathering: Identifying and understanding client needs for specific projects.
Database Management: Maintaining and updating candidate databases and profiles.
Communication: Effectively communicating with both consultants and clients throughout the placement process.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to legal and company policies in recruitment practices.
Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of activity and generating reports as needed.
Key Skills:
Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively sell consultants' profiles and negotiate contracts.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and convey information effectively.

Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage databases, track placements, and maintain records effectively.
