Job description

• Understanding Hiring Needs:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements and needs of open positions in the field.
• Developing Recruitment Strategies:Create and implement recruitment plans and strategies tailored to the field location, including identifying relevant sourcing channels and engaging with potential candidates.
• Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:Actively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.
• Screening and Evaluating Candidates:Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the role.
• Managing the Recruitment Process:Coordinate candidate interviews, gather feedback from hiring managers, and manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation and benefits.
• Onboarding and Retention:Assist with the onboarding of new hires and work to improve employee retention within the field.
• Building Relationships:Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Staying Updated:Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
