We are hiring a Field Recruiter to find workers like Packers, Pickers, Loaders for our textile factory. You will visit local areas, talk to people, and help us hire the right workers.

Your Work:

• Visit local markets, villages, or job centers to find workers

• Tell them about the job and check if they are fit to work

• Help with interview and joining process

• Keep records of people you talk to

• Work with HR to fill positions on time

What We Need:

• 12th pass or graduate

• Experience in worker hiring is a plus

• Must be ready to travel in field

• Can talk well and make people feel comfortable

• Basic knowledge of phone and WhatsApp

Salary: 15000 - 20000 NTH + Incentives
