Job responsibilities will include:

 Sourcing candidates from other job portals

 Screening resumes

 Conducting telephonic and in-person in person interviews with candidates

 Taking strong follow-ups

 Prepare daily reports and tracker

 Followinguponthe interview process status

 Documentation of the candidates

 Performing reference and background checks

 Other work as allotted by the management

Required Candidate profile:

 Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills

 Strong work ethic

 Ability to work as a part of team  Recruitment knowledge

 Proficient in MS word, excel and other basic computer skills.
