Job Title: Field Recruiter
Location: Varanasi & Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in field recruitment and bulk hiring (preferably for technician roles such as electric meter installation)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for technicians, especially those involved in electric meter installations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field activities and a solid network to execute bulk hiring drives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field recruitment activities across Varanasi and Azamgarh regions.

• Identify, approach, and onboard suitable candidates for technician roles (electric meter installation).

• Collaborate with training partners, local institutes, and other sources for bulk hiring needs.

• Organize and conduct walk-in drives and on-ground recruitment events.

• Maintain accurate records of sourced candidates and report on hiring progress.

• Ensure candidates meet job eligibility and technical criteria.

• Coordinate with the HR and operations team for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring.

• Prior experience in hiring blue-collar/technician roles is mandatory.

• Strong networking and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel across the assigned regions.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and Excel.
