Job Title: Team Lead – Non-IT Recruiter (Non-IT: ITES/BPO/BFSI domains)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for ITES/BPO/BFSI domains roles.

• Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

• 3-5 years of non-IT recruitment experience, specifically in ITES/BPO/BFSI domains roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
