Job Description
- Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
- Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement
We are looking for IT and Non IT Recruiter - Immediate Joiner or less than 15 days notice period
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Non-IT roles.
Source candidates through job portals, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Working days- 5.5 days alternative Saturdays are off
