HR Intern
Location: Pratap Nagar, Nagpur
Job Type: Internship (Full-Time)
Experience: 3 or 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Help maintain and organize employee records and HR documents
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and training sessions
- Coordinate with different departments for HR data collection and documentation
- Support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Learn and work on HRMS and tools used in HR processes
- Assist in drafting HR letters and maintaining leave/attendance records
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of HR functions and interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally
Education:
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- MBA/PGDM students specializing in HR (preferred, but not mandatory)
