· Drives applicants through innovative approaches to sourcing and networking.
· Sourcing applicants in bulk, through advertisement, NGO hiring, pamphlet distribution, employment exchange, job fairs, recruitment drives, skill development agencies, migrant labours.
· Conducts interviews on an ongoing basis to keep consistent pipeline of talent.
· Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools, networking by walking the malls and attending job fairs, resume mining, and calling into competitive companies.
· Build and maintain network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing networking relationships to include succession planning.
· Manage and screen incoming resumes, reach out to passive candidates.
· Maintain job postings on career page and all other employment websites.
· Create all offer letters and negotiate salary and relocation packages.
· Coordinate candidate interviews and travel and manage related expenses.
· Identify new resources (advertising channels, databases, networks, suppliers,) to drive candidate identification and attraction.
