Job Title: Recruiter (IT/Non-IT)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and create job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other sources.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain and update the candidate database.

• Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.

• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
