Source and recruit skilled professionals through multiple channels, including job
boards, social media, and referrals.
Screen and assess candidates to match job requirements and organizational culture.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Travel to job fairs, client locations, and other recruitment events as required.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
