Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

• Managing the administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, coordinating interviews.

• Carry out all the administrative processes in the recruitment process, recruitment arrangement.

• Administer the process for new employees for example; prepare Offer Letters and process all pre-employment checks.

• Maintaining the administrative process of employee’s daily basis work e.g. arranging the review meeting, monitoring the employees’ daily activities performance, maintaining the attendance of employees.

• Maintaining discipline in office employees with daily work activities.
