Position 1: Student Counsellor
Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to students regarding study abroad options and universities.

• Assist students with the application process, documentation, and visa requirements.

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand student aspirations and needs.

• Stay updated on global education trends and university offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Education, Psychology, or related areas).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in student counselling or educational consultancy is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of overseas education destinations, courses, and universities.

Position 2: Telecaller
Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective students via phone calls to provide information about study abroad options.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a database of prospective students.

• Address queries and provide necessary information to students and parents.

• Work towards achieving monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejections.
