We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Internship Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding talented interns across various departments. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, college placement cells, and job portals to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Source and screen candidates for internship positions through job portals, social media, and campus outreach.
Coordinate and conduct initial HR screening rounds.
Collaborate with department heads to understand internship requirements.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain relationships with universities and training institutes.
Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future openings.
Assist in onboarding interns and ensuring a smooth induction process.
Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio).
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
Previous experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage (even internships count!).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A self-starter with a passion for people and talent development.
