• Outbound Calling:

  Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, promote products/services, and follow up on inquiries. 

• Customer Interaction:

  Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner, understanding their needs, and addressing their questions or concerns. 

• Sales & Lead Generation:

  Identifying potential customers, building rapport, and persuading them to purchase products or services. 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, follow-up actions, and outcomes. 

• Target Achievement:

  Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets and goals. 

• Customer Service:

  Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

• Data Management:

  Updating and maintaining customer data in the CRM system. 

• Reporting:

  Providing regular updates on sales activities, performance, and customer feedback to the team lead or management. 

• Following Scripts:

  Adhering to company guidelines and using provided scripts to effectively communicate with customers. 

• Problem Solving:

  Identifying and resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 

• Team Collaboration:

  Collaborating with other team members and departments to achieve common goals.
