Roles and Responsibilities:
Must have experience with Naukri.com portal
Sourcing CVs from various mediums like job portals, social networking sites, social groups, referencing, head hunting, company mapping etc.
Review and understand job requirements and sourcing, screening/shortlisting CVs, conducting F2F, Telephonic ,online interviews, fundamental analysis and short listing of the candidates
Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers
Salary fitment, negotiation and offer roll-outs.
Handling the entire recruitment process. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both; IT and Non-IT requirements across levels.
Prioritizing work on multiple requisitions at the same time
Networking, build relationship with candidates and regular follow up with the selected candidates to ensure continuous engagement with the candidate and keeping them warm till the time of joining to reduce the attrition before joining.
Mass mailing and manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs)
Preparing job descriptions based on the requirements analysis with Business Heads
Ability to understand IT technologies stack and to keep knowledge of technology trends at in the current scenario.
Generate MIS and reports as per requirements
Sharing daily work status report
Candidate Profile:
Good written and verbal communication skill
Experience in Office automation tools (MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.)
Ability to build strong relationships
Must have interest in interacting different people
Self-confidence and self-starter
