Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for non-IT roles, ensuring the best fit for both the client and the candidate.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Job Posting and Advertising: Write job descriptions, post on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews, assess resumes, and short-list candidates for client interviews.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process for both parties.
• Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics, ensuring accurate reporting and candidate placement records.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to better serve clients and candidates.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in recruiting for non-IT roles (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, operations, etc.).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and candidates professionally.
• Sourcing Skills: Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other online resources to source candidates.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to evaluate resumes and applications carefully to identify key skills and experiences that align with job requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and quickly adapt to changing recruitment needs.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other team members to meet hiring goals and ensure client satisfaction.
