Sehaj Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., located in Janakpuri, New Delhi, is currently seeking a fresher for an HR Internship to assist in managing the complete recruitment cycle. This role will involve identifying, interviewing, and evaluating potential candidates, as well as updating job advertisements and conducting background checks. The internship offers a stipend of INR 10,000-12,000 per month, along with valuable career growth opportunities and a certificate upon successful completion of the 3–6-month internship.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and update job descriptions for open roles.
Source and engage with potential candidates through online platforms.
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Advertise job openings across job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to address staffing needs.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have completed intermediate education.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Familiarity with resume databases and sourcing techniques is a must.
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making in candidate selection.
