Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in blue-collar hiring for roles such as Picker, Packer, Loader, and Unloader.

Candidates should have 2 years of experience on recruitment domain.

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai

Salary: Based on candidate's previous salary + incentives

Requirements:

1) At least 2 years of experience in bulk/blue-collar hiring.

2) Familiar with the recruitment process for warehouse/logistics roles.

3) Ability to handle high-volume hiring for e-commerce/retail clients.
