Job Title: Recruiter (Full-Time)

Location: ( Remote) WORK FROM HOME

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Timings: 9 to 6pm, 9.30 to 6.30pm, & 10 to 7pm. (Flexitime login)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for making outbound calls using recruitment software, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. This role is ideal for individuals who are excellent communicators and can manage high volumes of calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Use recruitment software to reach potential candidates. Screen candidates based on job requirements. Maintain and update candidate databases. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. Meet daily/weekly calling and scheduling targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high call volumes. Familiarity with recruitment CRM or calling software. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:
