Job Description
Roles & responsibilities
•Identify potential clients in the target market and segment them through direct meetings in Bangalore and virtual meetings anywhere in India.
•Identify potential clients and markets for manpower services.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
• Generate Business Funnel, Customer Base, and Various account information and interact with HR over the phone, emails, and personal visits and meetings.
• Prepare and Submit business proposals, and quotes, follow up, Negotiate, and close contracts with prospective clients.
• Handling the recruiter team with the follow-up of the hiring activities.
