Job Summary:
Navjyoti Transforming Lives and Careers Society is seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Officer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in recruitment, payroll management, and generalist HR functions. This role requires excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory regulations, and timely disbursement.
HR Generalist Duties: Handle employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.
Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR reports, and ensure data confidentiality.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with management and employees to address HR-related queries and concerns effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR generalist roles.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and payroll systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
A proactive, empathetic, and team-oriented approach.
