Job Title: Recruiter – Field Sales Executive Hiring

Location: Kochi / Cochin / Ernakulam | Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Identify and engage potential Field Sales Executives through job portals, social media, referrals, and offline channels.

• Conduct video interviews to assess candidates' sales acumen, communication skills, and field readiness.

• Build a strong candidate pipeline to meet aggressive hiring targets.

🚀 On-Ground Recruitment Activities

• Organize walk-in drives, field hiring campaigns, and recruitment events in key locations.

• Partner with local vendors, colleges, and communities to attract fresh and experienced talent.

• Conduct spot interviews and expedite the hiring process for immediate openings.

📞 Candidate Engagement & Onboarding

• Ensure a seamless end-to-end hiring experience, from initial contact to offer rollout.

• Maintain a high offer-to-joining ratio by providing a great candidate experience.

• Collaborate with sales managers to understand their team needs and align hiring efforts accordingly.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales hiring.
✔ Strong communication skills and confidence in video-based recruitment.
✔ Experience in conducting on-ground hiring activities (field drives, job fairs, etc.).
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
✔ Passion for sales hiring and talent acquisition strategies.
