Job Description
- Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
- Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement
•Responsible for End to End recruitment Process implement of Jr. Level to
Top Management .
•Responsible for JD’s Preparation.
•Close open positions As per TAT
•Generate and share weekly & Monthly MIS on recruitment update tracker,
offer tracker.
•Conduct weekly reviews with team on open positions.
• Responsible for Recruitment Budget adherence as per Plan vs Actual.
•Responsible for updating of current openings on social Media-LinkedIn
page & job portal (Naukri, Indeed).
•New hire Orientation, plan & co-ordinate Induction session with the Heads
of department.
•Background Verification, Appointment Letters, Offer Letters, Salary
Negotiation.
•Liaison closely with the HR Head for ensuring adherence of hiring strategy,
process efficiency & highlight concern area.
•Partnering with various functions to understand staffing needs
•Review & share inputs on empaneled Recruitment partners.
Top Management .
