Position: Sr. HR Executive
Location : Bawana,
A Personnel & Administration (P&A) Executive is responsible for overseeing human resources activities, payroll, compliance with labor laws, and office administration. They support workforce management, employee relations, and organizational policies.
✅ Personnel & HR Management:
Recruitment & onboarding of new employees
Employee records management
Handling payroll processing and salary disbursements
Managing employee benefits, leaves, and attendance tracking
Performance appraisals and training coordination
✅ Administration & Office Management:
Overseeing office infrastructure and supplies
Managing vendor contracts and office maintenance
Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
Handling travel arrangements and coordination
✅ Compliance & Legal:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and industry norms
Coordinating with legal teams for HR-related matters
Managing employee grievances and disciplinary actions
✅ Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Organizing team-building activities and corporate events
Maintaining employee morale and workplace culture
Addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment
✅ Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
