The Senior HR Manager will be a strategic partner to leadership and a key driver of our HR initiatives, policies, and culture. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership, people management, and communication skills to lead HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Lead and manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Support performance management systems, employee evaluations, and development plans.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive work culture.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with labor laws and industry regulations.
Manage employee relations and conflict resolution with fairness and professionalism.
Analyze HR metrics and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
Collaborate with department heads on organizational structure and workforce planning.
Oversee training and development programs to support employee growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
