Senior HR Executive

An HR Executive manages and directs all human resources tasks, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, while fostering a positive work environment.

• Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries and concerns. 

  • Resolve employee conflicts and grievances. 

  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. 

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. 

• HR Operations and Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases. 

  • Manage employee benefits and compensation packages. 

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. 

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. 

  • Manage leave, attendance, and other administrative tasks. 

• Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives. 

  • Develop and implement training programs for employees. 

• Other:

  • Monitor HR department budget. 

  • Manage employee engagement and team productivity. 

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in work legislation and industry standards. 

  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee departures.
