We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving HR strategies, improving employee engagement, and ensuring a positive work environment. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and deep knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and create workforce plans.
✅ Employee Relations and Engagement:
Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.
✅ Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure timely feedback.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans (PIP) where necessary.
Monitor employee progress and provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
✅ Training and Development:
Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills.
Coordinate with external trainers and internal stakeholders to deliver training sessions.
Monitor the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
✅ HR Policy and Compliance:
Ensure company policies are up to date and aligned with labor laws and regulations.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to management and staff.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations in line with company policy.
✅ Payroll and Compensation:
Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
Ensure salary structures are competitive and aligned with market standards.
✅ HR Data and Reporting:
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
Generate reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, training hours, recruitment status).
Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
4+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Experience in a fast-paced environment or multinational company is preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Personal Traits:
Leadership and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
Experience in handling international HR operations and cross-cultural teams.
Familiarity with talent management systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
