What You'll Do: • Talent Champion: Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding the best talent. • Proactive Sourcing: Build a strong pipeline of candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies. • Strategic Hiring: Partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailor-made recruitment solutions. • Enhance Employee Branding: Represent the company as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates have an excellent experience during the hiring process. • Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain and manage recruitment metrics, including offer acceptance rates, time-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction. • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and statutory regulations. • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement strategies to improve the recruitment process, including new tools and best practices. • Administration: 1.
