Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

1. Supervise and guide employees to improve performance while maintaining positive
working relationships.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth functioning and
efficiency.
3. Develop and implement a fair recruitment plan, including overseeing new hiring,
conducting interviews, and facilitating orientations.
4. Handle employee compensation matters, ensuring fairness and compliance with
company policies.
5. Create new HR policies and update existing ones as needed to align with
organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
6. Conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons for termination or resignation and
identify areas for improvement.
7. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave, ensuring compliance
with company regulations.
8. Adhere to all company rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal
requirements and ethical standards.
9. Execute the employee annual review procedures, providing constructive feedback and
support for employee development.
