Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter (Team Lead) with 7+ years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to evaluate IT professionals, identify the right skill sets for client requirements, and lead a team of recruiters. This is an on-site position requiring a proactive and agile approach to hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate IT professionals, including Project Managers, Architects, Developers, Testers, and System Analysts across various domains such as healthcare, banking, and telecom.

• Understand and analyze client requirements to match the right talent with open roles.

• Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assess candidates’ expertise.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-8 recruiters, driving performance and efficiency.

• Develop strategic hiring plans to attract top IT talent.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Work in Canada/US time zones to align with client hiring demands.

• Foster a dynamic and high-performance work environment, ensuring agility and flexibility in recruitment processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a proven track record in technical hiring.

• Strong knowledge of IT portfolios and various technical skill sets.

• Experience hiring across domains, including healthcare, banking, and telecom.

• Ability to assess and match candidates effectively based on technical expertise and client needs.

• Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels.
