Job Description

Install and repair refrigerators and air conditioner
Take care of maintenance and repairing work
Drafting, vetting and reviewing legal documents

SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO CUSTOMER PLACES ALL OVER INDIA BASED ON SITE WORK AS PER COMPANY POLICY.
SHOULD BE TRAVEL TO CUSTOMER PLACES IN AND AROUND DAILY FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY (BY OWN BIKE )
SHOULD KNOW TO DO BRAZING ON THE COPPER PIPINGS.
SHOULD BE KNOW HOW TO CHARGE VARIOUS REFRIGERANTS IN THE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
BASIC REFRIGERATION TROUBLESHOOTING AND KNOWLEDGE TO UNDERSTAND REFRIGERATION DIAGRAM
BASIC ELECTRICAL TROUBLESHOOTING AND KNOWLEDGE TO UNDERSTAND ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS
SHOULD KNOW TO DO BASIC MECHANICAL WORKS LIKE DRILLING,TAPPING ETC
COMPLAINT HANDLING AND UPDATE IN WATSAPP GROUP AS PER COMPANY POLICY
MATERIAL CONSOLIDATION/SELF FACILITATION AS PER COMPANY POLICY
COMPANY POLICIES ADHERENCE
SERVICE PROCESS ADHERENCE
AMC SCHEDULE ADHERENCE
SHOULD HAVE BASIC COMMUNICATION SKILL EX: WRITING ENGLISH BY OWN TO MAKE SERVICE REPORTS DURING CUSTOMER VISIT, SPEAKING ENGINLISH TO EXPLAIN TECHINCALUPDATE WITH CUSTOMERS.
