Job Description
- Install and repair refrigerators and air conditioner
- Take care of maintenance and repairing work
- Drafting, vetting and reviewing legal documents
Project Planning and Management:
Develop project plans, schedules, and work breakdowns, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Technical Expertise:
Apply engineering knowledge and skills to solve technical problems, develop designs, and ensure adherence to standards.
Resource Management:
Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and cost.
Stakeholder Communication:
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any issues. Quality Control:
Implement quality control measures to ensure the quality of project deliverables.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the project remains on track and within budget.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
