Responsibilities:
Install new refrigerators according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in refrigerators, including but not limited to compressor issues, refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, and temperature control problems.
Perform routine maintenance on refrigerators to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, thermostats, and door seals.
Recharge refrigerant in refrigeration systems following environmental regulations and safety procedures.
Keep accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, explaining repair options, and addressing their concerns.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in refrigerator repair and maintenance.

Key Skills:
Proficient in the installation and servicing of refrigerators.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerants.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license.

Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in refrigerator repair and maintenance.
EPA certification (preferred).
