Job Description

• Preparation of HVAC layouts with various levels of detailing for different stages of the project.
• Preparation of AC Ventilation Duct sizing and layouts.
• Preparation of HVAC Equipment, Chiller, Pumps, AHU, FCU, VRF, Ventilations fans etc. layout and space planning, plant room drawings etc
• Preparation of chilled water & VRF systems layouts & SLD.
• Preparation of HVAC builders work drawing.
• Generating all kinds of mechanical 2D and coordination with other MEP services.
• Generating sections/schedules/schematics in CAD.
• Experience in creating GFC Drawings and Coordinated MEP Drawings.
• Basic HVAC calculations for fresh air, exhaust & ventilation ACPH
• Preparation of Measurement Sheet of ducting, piping, valves, HVAC Equipment Summary.
• Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned.
• Guide other team members in preparation of Engineering deliverables.
