Cloud Dhobi ke Lajpat Nagar store ke liye hum ek Assistant Store Manager ki talash mein hain jo daily store operations ko smoothly handle kare. Candidate ko customers, team aur order flow ka dhyan rakhna hoga aur ensure karna hoga ki har process timely aur proper tareeke se complete ho.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store ka daily kaam manage karna aur staff ko supervise karna

• Walk-in customers se baat karna, unki queries solve karna

• Laundry orders ko time pe process karwana — check-in se delivery tak

• Plant team ke saath pick-up/delivery coordination

• Store items ka stock maintain karna (tags, covers, slips, etc.)

• Store ko hamesha clean aur organized rakhna

• New staff ko training dena aur unka kaam monitor karna

• Roz ka report banana — billing, cash, orders, etc.

• Koi bhi issue ho toh Area Manager ko report karna

Requirements:

• 1–2 saal ka experience retail ya service industry mein (laundry preferred)

• Hindi mein fluent, English ka basic knowledge

• Computer knowledge hona chahiye — Excel, billing software, etc.

• Team manage karne ka confidence aur multitasking ability

• Customer-friendly aur solution-oriented approach

• Time ke pakke, responsible aur organized
