Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Officer to join our dealership team. You will be responsible for helping customers find their ideal vehicle, promoting dealership offers, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting a vehicle that suits their needs.

• Explain product features, warranties, and financing options clearly.

• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare sales agreements and process necessary documentation.

• Maintain an updated knowledge of current inventory and market trends.

• Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in car sales or similar sales role (preferred).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

• Basic knowledge of automotive features and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

• Valid driver’s license.
