Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Men’s Wear Salesman to join our retail team in a leading mall in South India. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen interest in providing exceptional customer service to help our clients make informed purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, offering them personalized shopping experiences. Understand customer needs and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and fashion in men’s wear. Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the store’s products and ensure that customers are well-informed.

• Sales Support: Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling. Ensure product displays are organized, attractive, and reflect the brand’s standards.

• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and ensuring that the sales floor is always replenished.

• Visual Merchandising: Help with setting up and maintaining appealing visual displays to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.

• Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and relay any concerns or suggestions to management for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous retail or sales experience, especially in apparel, is preferred.

• Fashion Sense: Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to provide styling advice.

• Customer-Centric: Strong ability to build relationships with customers and provide excellent service.

Education & Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduation preferred.

• Experience: Previous retail sales experience in a fashion store is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
